I got some problems during the "run Mac OS X on your Apple TV hack", which could be found on www.appletvhacks.net

do you have any suggestion for me how I could delete the original mach_kernel from the fresh Mac OS X install, so feel free to tell me....

After the OS X install I have got exactly one partition on my external HDD (which will be built into the Apple TV device later again), which I named "OSBoot". From this device I have to delete the mach_kernel, otherwise I cannot copy the modified kernel from your site to it...

I hope you can help me !

Fire up your terminal and type in the following:

sudo rm /APPLETVOSXDRIVE/mach_kernel
sudo cp /PATH/TO/DOWNLOADED/mach_kernel /APPLETVOSXDRIVE

Make sure you replace all othe capital letters with your own drive names and paths!!!
