Default Apple TV update from Apple disabled ssh and removed plugins!

I just updated my Apple TV (to get the official YouTube support-thing) and all my 3rd-party plugins is gone and I can't log in with ssh!

I'm going to try to fix this, but don't update your aTV if you want to keep your plugins and such!

    It sucks!
Did you tried to boot up with OSX on a external device on your updated ATV? If it works, you can reinstall ssh etc...

    Good luck!

Thanks... But even though Apple "fixed" my Apple TV, it restarts randomly
    I hate you Apple!

Don't panic. Murphyweb from the AwkwardTV forum tells that you can apply the Patchstick to bring back the ssh, the password didn't change.

I didn't try by myself but it seems that you can find a version of the patchstick on the torrent network... See also here : http://wiki.awkwardtv.org/wiki/Patchstick

Yes I had the same problem. Booted from my IPOD Shuffle that I turned into the patchstick and SSH is working again.
