About LinkBacksI have my Apple TV 40GB for almost 3 years and inevitable came.
The Hard Disk is Dead!!!!
None of my friends have Apple TV so i can take their hard disk and image it.
Can i find the Apple TV OS in Apple's database?
The funny part is that i ordered an IDE SSD 32GB Disk to image mine.... but i am still waiting for the SSD to come.
What can i do?

The IDE SSD 32GB is here but i have no image to load it.

If you wonder why nobody reacts, it's most probably due to the fact that it is very obvious you did not even attempt to search this forum for similar posts/issue's.
Seeing the amount of posts (contributions) you made looks like you joined only to solve your issue.
Without searching, I saw an thread that holds the solution to your issue on the first ATV1 forum page....
