hi there..it seems i have done the same mistake discussed.I have updated via itunes and not manually to 3.1.2!! I have a 3Gs bought(in greece) which was boughts OTB unlocked by the carrier. model firmware now says 05.11.07 and version 3.1.2(7D11).
Does this mean i can not jailbreak neither with blackrain nor with ultrasnow? Does this mean i am 'locked' to this baseband..because i get the feeling from what i read that there is simply no way to reverse back to older baseband once updated!!am i wrong?
and one more question,even if i have placed myself in the position where i cannot do anything but wait till next jailbreak,...can i ONLY jailbreak, or do i have to unlock too?
