Just wanted to update:

i am writing from Snow Leopard now. Got it to install on the third try. Not too bad and it has updated just fine. so it's OSX 10.6.1

I used this guide.
HOW-TO GUIDE: Snow Leopard Retail 10.6 on Asus P6T Deluxe V2, How to get a (nearly) perfect 10.6 install going on Asus P6T
WARNING
Read through the whole thread. Its a collaborative effort and alot of people post up files you will need. just read it all before trying. It will be a lot easier if you do.

The wifi card worked right out of the box which was great cause I could download files directly as the issues arose. Now I just need to tweak and I am going to overclock but that will be for another day.

The Ethernet isn't working yet, anyone have any ideas where to go?

Just wanted to thank you icchansan for this Sticky. It has been alot of help.
