Just wanted to update everyone I finally figured it out.. of course no more than a couple hours after I posted this. Either way, I downgraded my IPCC carrier file to 5.1, still have ActivateMMS2G installed, and these are the APN settings that work for me;
APN: wap.cingular
username: (blank)
password: (blank)
MMSC:
http://mmsc.cingular.com
MMS proxy: 66.209.11.32:80
max size: 614400
URL UA: (blank)
Again I am using a 8GB 2G iPhone running jailbroken and unlocked OS 3.0 on ATT with a FamilyTalk plan with unlimited text/picture messaging. Hope this helps.
