I'm looking forward to install 3.0 on my iPhone 1G (model MA712LL) with OS 1.1.2 (3B48b) and 04.02.13_G bootloader (this iPhone has been unlocked already, but I can't remember how). From what I see, all tutorials are labeled for 2G iPhones and up, the post on the Dev Team Blog
