Default Help to install iDeneb OSx v1.3

I have been trying to install MAC OSx v1.3 iDeneb on Dell (Intel Core 2 duo) laptop. Here is what all I tried till now: -

1. Installed XP on C:\ and installed OSx on D:\ .. Then while boot-up I was getting the error "boot 0: error".
To solve this issue, I did the following things as mentioned on insanelyMac forum -> diskutil list ; fdisk -e /dev/rdisk0 ; p ; f 1 ; write
Now I was able to boot only with XP, was not even getting the dual boot screen.

2. Erased all partitions and installed OSx on C:\ (there is only one drive now). After installation while booting, am getting the same error. Followed the same steps, but getting the following black screen:-
boot0: MBR
boot0: error
boot1: error

Now with only OSx on my system, I am not able to boot. Has anyone got into similar issue before ? Also, now there are 3 bootx entries, how can I delete them and instead have only one boot entry ?

Any help on this is highly appreciated.
Thanks,
