There is no difference in the OS when it is installed in conjunction with other OSes. It is just like if you installed each OS on a smaller hard drive. You will just need a bootloader to pick your OS at each startup. icchansan has shown you a screenshot using Chameleon as a bootloader, and although it might be pretty and graphical, I prefer using GRUB because of its versatility.
