Well, thanks to everyone who answered me.

The answer is: you can only get the system.log from /private/var/ if you are able to load. Otherwise you'll have to connect the hard drive to another computer to read it.
So use USB-based hard drives for hackintosh experiments + MacDrive app if you use Windows as you secondary OS.

p.s. And sometimes the log is not saved at all.
