So here's my question... How do I fix this? In the past when I did something I didn't know how to fix I would just restore my phone using iTunes. But now I cannot do that because my computer doesn't register that my phone is even plugged in. My phone simply reboots over and over again, and stays on a blank, black screen (occasionally the apple will pop up). Is there any way to fix this? I've tried everything I know how to do (admittedly not much).

I would try sending my phone into the Apple store and see if they can fix it, but I have some things on my phone that I wouldn't want the people at apple seeing... if ya know what I mean.

Can anyone help me PLEASE!!!!

Thanks in advance

Travis

Hi Travis,

I had the same issue. The iphone gets switched off after the apple logo. I had to put the phone to dfu mode for the laptop to detect the phone, then i restored the phone. Cant think of any other solution. But after restoring i tried installing activatemms2g and it was working fine. was able to send mms
