Betas expire 10 days after the next beta is released.
Rebel's support is absolutely appalling but if they provided Beta 4 then get in touch with them and ask for beta 5 and the second beta of iTunes 8.2 (which you will need).

Or just enter DFU and restore 2.21 but your BB will still be on 4.2x
