Hey can anyone help me out here?
I have downloaded the IPhone 3.0 OS through RebelSimCard.com, and anyways the 3.0 OS was working great for almost a month and a half, on my white 16gb IPhone, now my IPhone doesn't even work.
Heres what happened:
- Installed the 3.0 OS software for almost a month and half (from time of purchased) worked great.
- Yesterday I had added more MP3s and CDS on my IPhone, I think that's maybe why it's reacting this way (memory exceeding 16gb) ???
- Then this morning I set the Iphone alarm and it woke me up, only to find out that it showing that dreaded ITune Logos and USB Cable Link, so I have no idea how that happened but am upset.
Actual Error Messages:
The first error message I get when starting iTunes is "The software on the iPhone "Ednon Khan's iPhone 6" has expired and must be updated to a newer version.
I ran a restore and changed it to new IPHone profile, however when the IPhone syncs it’s recoginized in the Itunes Navigation Bar, however doesn’t actually sync/isn’t recognized the error message I get with some of the Apps I installed on the Iphone are “……an unknown error occurred (OxE800005D).
Then I get the red stop popup image saying “Itunes could not back up the Iphone “EdnonKhan IPhone6: because the backup session failed. I mean dude I am trying so hard.
Then I get another red stop popup image saying “iTunes could not synce information to the Iphone. “Ednon Khan’s iPhone6” because a connection could not be established to the iPhone”. Ironically in the Itunes left side of the navigation bar it shows an IPhone Icon along with the music, movies, apps, and playlists??
Solutions I have tried:
- Downloaded Itunes 8.2 along with the IPhone OS 3.0 Beta 4. Well of course I want to put it back to OEM, however when you click shift+Restore button usually it should let you choose the BETA5.jspw or iPhone1,2_2.2.1_5H11_restore.jspw (or whatever the extension file name). But the iTunes error you get when doing this; again a red stop pop up "There was a problem downloading the iPhone software for the iPhone "Ednon Khan's iPhone6". The requested resource was not found".
-Uninstalling Apple affiliated products; Quicktime, Apple Mobile Device, Apple Update, and Itunes and whatever it said in the support page of Apple along with restarting the laptop, however it's failed.
- Going back to Apple.com downloading iTunes 8.1 and then trying to restore Iphone, again it tells me upgrade to Itunes 8.2 when finally installed and running I run into those other problems listed above.
I am pretty sure that I am not the only person with this problem. If anyone can please help me out with this I would greatly appreciate, preferably software developers, but begars can't be choosy so I am open.
Again I would like to warn to the whole general public/iPhone consumers to not download the IPhone 3.0 OS Beta because unless you're a developer or really experienced. Now I have to probably go to the Apple Store and break my device or something because I am afraid that having the 3.0 OS will affect null the waranty of the iPhone, customer service is really bad nowadays and it's within the contract that Apple isn't really legally obligated to fix a iPhone that has been "tampered". Please email me or respond to my post my fellow Hackintosh users.
