The only downside that I experience is that Windows Vista asked again for the activation and now it claims that my official Vista key from HP is not valid. That is really very strange. Anyone had something like this before?

The reason for that was your Old bios a SLIC in it.

so everything but the Cores work with the Factory 5.32? If so I'll have3 a bios I want you to try, it might fix the Sleep/shutdown
