If Cydia is already there, it's a matter of putting OpenSSL and OpenSSH in with deb files, as in post #14 above. Without it, I'd run QuickPwn first (it can install the full Cydia bundle, with close to 40 packages in it). Then do OpenSSL and OpenSSH again using post #14.

If you need a .tar.gz, open the .deb file (with Universal Extractor, 7zip or another extraction utility). It contains a file data.tar.gz with the right structure for Pwnage/Quickpwn.

* on your computer: Windows tool / conversion website.
* on your iPhone: convert those files in a terminal with plutil (installed with Erica Utilities) or edit them with iFile (Cydia links).
