  1. Connect the laptop to your LAN. Set Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) on for this LAN connection
  2. Create an ad hoc wifi network in your laptop's wifi settings
  3. Connect your iPhone to the ad hoc wifi network
  4. Start Cydia and install openSSH

Editing binary .plist, .strings, .nib and .xib files:
* on your computer: Windows tool / conversion website.
* on your iPhone: convert those files in a terminal with plutil (installed with Erica Utilities) or edit them with iFile (Cydia links).
